Landmark Dallas apartment tower on the market

Manor House opened on Commerce Street in 1966 — the first modern high-rise residential building in the central business district. It’s downtown’s longest-operating apartment building.

The 25-story tower has been owned since 2018 by Virginia-based Harbor Group International and Emerald Equity Group.The top floor has a lounge, game room, kitchen and bar area and an outdoor swimming pool. Apartments in the building average about 900 square feet, except for the ones on two lower floors, which have larger units in former commercial space.The building is almost 95% leased with average rents of about $2,100 a month.And the historic Adolphus Hotel is across the street.north of downtown in Victory Park is also for sale.
