Eniolaa, during an exclusive interview with Midweek Entertainment, said before the competition, she usually recorded songs and posted them on social media for people to listen to and share their comments.
She said, “I had been doing music before the competition; I recorded songs, did freestyles and posted it on mypage but it was boring because I didn’t have many friends who were into music. I, however, had encouragement from my friends; my manager, Enitan Majah, aka Meworld, and my parents.“During the Naija Star Search competition, I was able to learn, unlearn and also got a chance to work with Kenny Ogunbe and ID Cabasa.
“It felt great being the first runner up but I felt I could have still won the competition. As much as I felt good about my win, it was a push for me to do better. Soon, I’ll be releasing my first EP. You should all expect fire.”All rights reserved.
