precinctThe NYPD Office of the Deputy Commissioner & Public Information said that while major crime is up year-to-date within the 109th Precinct, grand larcenies are down significantly both week-to-date by 68% and 73% for the 28-day period. Additionally, arrests for major crimes are up year-to-date by 61% .
