Detroit Wing Company moves into Lorain with a menu of 20 wing sauces. LORAIN, Ohio – Chicken wing lovers be aware. Detroit Wing Company is opening its first Ohio restaurant on at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 7, in Lorain. The 1,200-square-foot takeout and delivery-only shop will be at 3000 Cooper Foster Park Road.

The first customers on day one will receive prizes. The first 25 people in line get free chicken for one year, the first 100 people get free swag and the first 300 people get a free 6-piece combo. Founded in 2015, Detroit Wing Company offers 20 signature sauces for their classic wings, boneless wings and chicken tenders. Among diner favorites are classic Buffalo, creole parmesan, honey chipotle, whiskey BBQ and sweet heat. Side dishes on the menu include mac n’ cheese, poutine, coleslaw and mini cornbread muffinsRibbon-cutting at the new location will take place at 11 a.m. The location marks the third store for Avon Lake franchisee Dan Marcantonio and the 29th store for the chain.
