If you’re going to legally or not, drive through a construction site, you need to practice due diligence.

If the road had been closed and deemed to be a construction site, how the hell can the construction company be liable.

Road had been closed since spring and the construction company is liable? What’s missing here?

“Young people”

We are in a society now where no one takes responsibility for there dumb actions. It’s unfortunate that these young people died for doing something stupid and I feel sorry for the families but it’s the young adults fault they knew better

The road has been closed for year. Super obvious stuff. The kids tried to take a shortcut. Not the construction companies fault unfortunately

Con-Drain is owned by the insanely wealthy DeGaspiris family. Didn’t they also make a convenient greenbelt land purchase recently? Watch them skate….⛸️💔. Terrible.

Good! Nail them to the wall! Make an example outta these fools!

That company prints money.

One person digging hole. 5 workers standing beside and watching

Looks like the construction area was all fenced off from the CP24 report. Curious as to where the liability comes from?

the time of the crash, the road was an active construction site, and the intersection had been closed since the spring. Can’t fix stupid Play stupid games win stupid prizes

I believe this company is related to the muzzo killings with drunk driving. I’m sure another 50 million donation to a hospital might let them walk

Hope they set an example

Well.. for 💩 sakes it took them long enough. Construction company 100% to blame. I see construction companies nowadays the workers are all doped up…on their phones…no good supervisors.

good

Should be a quick resolution to this charge. - Did you dig a giant unsupervised hole in the middle of the road and then let traffic have access to this road? - Yes.

Someone needs to tell lndians from Brampton to stop pissing in Lake Simcoe .

Con-Drain Company Ltd. charged in deadly Barrie, Ont., crash in construction zoneA Barrie construction company has been charged with six counts of criminal negligence causing death following an investigation into the August 2022 collision that claimed the lives of six young adults in Barrie. Even if hundreds or thousands did not fall in the hole, it takes just one🙄 That’s crazy I’d wonder if the company insurance company had a hand in this decision? It bodes best for the insurance company.
