Lubertha Watkins owns the small but memorably named junk removal business in Oak Cliff called Wee Hawll. Monday, she worked to do her part to haul away what the city of Dallas left behind. District one Councilman Chad West says he hears complaints over and over from constituents desperate for help.

The city addressed our question about why our trash has not been picked up by issuing a Notice of Violation that our trash bin is too close to our fence. Was not an issue before they changed the pickup date, but they haven't picked up our trash in a month.
