No excuse for abuse ever,but not enough staff to cater for the needs of residents is the biggest and consistent form of abuse and it goes on day after day. I have been listening to this 'WE WILL FIX THE PROBLEM 'rhetoric for 25 years. Enough already.

Enforce what? Ratios? Staffing levels? These dont exist. Age care providers are weeding out RNs. Enforce the retention of RNs? Age care providers run their facilities with the lowest staffing levels possible and bully staff to work smarter and to mask the real situation. JOKE.
