REA Group senior economist Paul Ryan says the rental market is “exceptionally tight”, with fewer available rentals on the market than at any time since 2003.

“We’ve got rental prices up over the past year, 6.

7 per cent nationally, 10 per cent in capital cities,” he told Sky News Australia.“It’s a really, really tough time for renters all across the country.”

Perfect time to bring in 300000 foriegn skilled workers then, according to Labor. No reason to allow pensioners to work more without losing money or anything sensible like that. 🤷‍♂️
