Tips for “On the Agenda” can be emailed toA single-family project totaling over 1,600 lots is in the works in far north Fort Worth, within the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Denton County.

The project is going before the Fort Worth City Plan Commission during its meeting on Wednesday. The applicant is requesting a subdivision ordinance waiver and conditional approval of a preliminary plat. The City Plan Commission is also considering another significant project on Wednesday called Ventana Phases 6-8. The project will total 538 single-family lots upon completion.
