This stinks and needs investigating.
The draft Hyndburn Local Plan 2022 to 2037 is currently out to consultation before a final version is submitted to the government for examination by a Whitehall inspector. It includes a large allocation of protected Green Belt countryside land for employment purposes next to Blackburn’s Whitebirk industrial estate.
