Of the 48 condominium units Hu is building at Icon at Silverleaf, this is the only penthouse remaining.
The 6,288-square-foot penthouse includes its own 7,200-square-foot private rooftop terrace. It can be designed and tailored to a buyer's taste, including intricate landscaping, outdoor kitchen and bar, private swimming pool and spa and other custom amenities, such as a putting green, golf simulator or dog run.
The gated condominium community is just west of the Silverleaf Golf Club. The first floor of each of the five buildings Hu is developing are dedicated to storage units and parking stalls for cars and golf carts.Hu said he only knows of two condominiums that have a private pool for the penthouse.
