Apple doesn't provide a whole lot of value to consumers and maybe the market is finally starting to demonstrate that. Sealing off the ability to upgrade or repair computers, removing headphone jacks, hobbling devices as they age, etc., etc. is not a way to grow market share.
If they would stop curving the edges of their phones they may get some sales back.
