Dallas' Stream Realty Partners is staying busy on a handful of industrial projects a few hours south on I-35.

A Dallas-based commercial real estate developer is hard at work building close to two million square feet of industrial space in the Austin metro.

The seven-building development at 1312 Dalton Lane — just across SH-71 from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport — will see four warehouse buildings and three shallow bay buildings rise. In total, the buildings will be 413,338 square feet. The Buda Commerce Center is a five-building development on 65.6 acres at IH-35 and Rodriguez Lane in Buda. In total, the business park will be 968,475 square feet, according to the project brochure.
