Merit’s services include brand launches, omni-channel creative development, research, and business strategy for funded start-ups and M&A clients. As a result of the merger, Merit will now offer a number of new services including media relations, influencer marketing, brand journalism, cause and advocacy marketing, investor relations and crisis communications.Falk Group founder and president, Susie Falk will lead Merit’s Public Relations team as director of public relations.

“We are excited for the future of our agency and how the merger will add value for our collective clients,” Adam Vasquez, CEO of Merit, said in a news release.to its current location at 121 Locust St. in Harrisburg. In 2015, Vasquez, purchased Sacunas, a marketing company, which was founded by Nancy Sacunas in 1990.
