Valley land attorney: 'Epcor really helped save the day for Bella Vista Farms' phoenix $MTH $TPH $LEN

After development has been on hold for the past several months at a new 1,500-acre master-planned community in San Tan Valley, the project is now moving forward, and builders are expected to close on homes next month.

Construction of a new lift station is wrapping up in the area and awaiting approval from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Wastewater flow from Bella Vista will go to Copper Basin when construction is completed. Meanwhile, those flows originally were scheduled to be diverted to the existing Pecan Water Reclamation Facility.Once permits are received, service will be connected, she said.
