There's been a lot of talks this week about companies going to a 4-day work week, with 3 days off. A lot of school districts are looking at it for students.
New research from the University of Cambridge looked at companies that put in a 4-day work week. They found that cutting the work hours leads to a big drop in people calling in sick and a 57% drop in the number of people who decide to leave the company.In the study, Cambridge says 92% of the companies that took part in the study plan to keep the four-day workweek for good.
