A seven-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot mansion in Lincoln Park went on the market Thursday for $12.5 million.

A Lincoln Park mansion listed Thursday for $12.5 million is the third priciest home currently on the market in Chicago.

Built in 2001 and spread across three city lots, the limestone mansion is owned by Jennifer Dicke Prewitt, who is the daughter of James F. Dicke II, and her husband, Andrew Prewitt. James F. Dicke II is chairman and CEO of Ohio-based Crown Equipment Corp. The Prewitts paid $5.3 million for the mansion in 2012.The three-story house has six full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a three-story staircase atrium with large picture windows.
