Scott’s Refrigerated Logistics has entered voluntary administration and is now in receivership – leaving 1,500 workers in an uncertain position despite being one of Australia’s largest trucking companies.

The company provides refrigerated trucks and temperature-controlled warehouses for supermarket giants including Coles, IGA and Aldi.

Supply chain issues following the COVID-19 pandemic and labour shortages are said to have impacted the business as receivers are now looking for a new long-term owner.
