Qantas’ reputational issues, which stem from its problems with reliability and being on time, seem to be troubling the airline business, according to GT Communications’ Gemma Tognini.

“We all understand there is a post-COVID recovery, and everybody with a brain wants Qantas and any other Australian business to be profitable,” Ms Tognini told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“But none of us mere mortals who jump into cattle class to go into Sydney to Melbourne, for example, want to feel like we’re having the mickey taken out of us.”
