Inspectors were not impressed.

Inspectors slammed a Leeds Kirkgate Market restaurant, where they found food stored in "dirty" containers in the "dirty" kitchen.

Inspectors gave Maxi's owners a list of instructions in their report, it said: “The containers that food is kept in is dirty. Equipment was dirty and needed cleaning – fridges and freezers.”Some food containers were also found broken, which can cause physical contamination. The shelving work surfaces in the kitchen were also “dirty” and the hand contact points needed cleaning.
