Well yea. We already proved parents do a better job of educating as opposed to indoctrinating

It's alway been known the massive raises given to teacher's the last few years wasn't sustainable.

Question... The teachers that kept kids out of school for 2 years while they taught from home? The teachers that want to hide gender indoctrination of kids from their children? Teachers who wanted to teach CRT to 7 year olds? Should we worry about them being laid off?

Layoffs are better than students beating on teachers & dealing with gang fights- no way in Hell I’d be a teacher, for whatever reason discipline has been eliminated & kids today truly suck - same goes for their worthless parents too !

Layoffs in a time of a teacher shortage. That is a complete contradiction.

This is partly the fault of the teachers union, which has greatly harmed their professions with their very liberal ideas. Banning teachers unions, firing lousy teachers, and sticking to the basics would greatly enhance education.

Dismissal is a necessity in modern times Depending on natural disasters, wars, oil prices get fired anytime You need to prepare ahead of time, hone your skills to the next level, or find a new future job

And they only have their Union to blame. Parents realize their kids are not getting the education they thought so they're turning to alternatives.
