Twenty-five percent of executives in Future Forum’s survey cited “culture is negatively impacted” as a top concern in offering more flexibility and flexible work policies.

Three quarters of Future Forum respondents said they use the office for collaborating with co-workers and clients, facilitating in-person meetings and building camaraderie while 15% said they use it forLister says hybrid working arrangements have “always led to higher engagement than either fully remote or fully in the office.”
It hurts to say, I’ll say. But hybrid is best. Employees who care and want do better I think have this anxiety of am I working enough? hard enough? Is it being seen? Felt? Coming in to the office gains confidence and reassurance between manager and employee.
I actually think hybrid is the best model, 3 days in office and 2 days from home, depending of course on what type of job you work. There are definitely advantages to in office working and separately home from work, and then being done when you leave at night.
