Under the revamped format, the first two days of E3 2023 will be reserved exclusively for business. The third day will welcome both business and consumer visitors, while the final day will be dedicated to consumers.
Industry visitors will have access to both the LACC’s West and South halls, while on public days, consumer visitors will have access to the South hall only. On Thursday ReedPop revealed more details on how it hopes to improve the E3 experience for business visitors, which it says was guided by feedback from game developers.
These changes include meeting rooms available to reserve on-site, a full-service bar, and ‘Meet the Investors’ and ‘Meet the Brands’ events designed to bring together developers and publishers with merchandise businesses, and investors. Just let it die peacefully. Most devs/ publishers have moved on to their own online events and big in person events will probably only happen when there is a new hardware announcement to make
It's gonna be fun to see the shambles of E3 this year. I'm just here for the ride.
Nintendo killed the E3 by refraining from participating due to lack of contents. It's a shame other industry players have followed their lead.
