They are going to have to cough up and finance the major infrastructure projects that are needed in the provinces of England. If they want Brexit to go away - that is a good place to start. Severn Estuary Tidal Scheme, complete road and footpath overhaul, local trains/trams.

Talk about income inequality.

Value to beat growth in '19 per reversion to mean, so less uncertainty.
