It has sold to a pair of LLCs for at least $10.4 million, according to records filed last week with Cuyahoga County andCrain's additionally reports that the LLCs are "tied to Timothy M. Spencer, the managing partner of an Australian private equity firm." Spencer has local ties, including graduating from Kent State and CWRU.

The 32,000-square-foot estate, the largest home in Northeast Ohio, took five years and $30 million to build. It sits on 150 acres and is respledent with custom and luxury finishes everywhere you look.

As Cleveland Magazine noted when it was built,"There are so many bathrooms that neither Wolstein’s builder nor architect knew how many, and, after giving us a tour of the entire home, everyone was too tired to go back and count them all.
