Business owners say a lack of standards is a logistical nightmare for organic food production and consumers are paying premiums for organic products that aren't certified.

“Organic” is a misnomer anyway. It makes me laugh when gardening experts talk about applying inorganic fertiliser then in the next breath talk about that being organic. It’s a word that has been taken away from its proper meaning - just like “they” is used in the singular now.

It is not going to lengthen our lives so why pay more for something when the price is double.

We always suspected this..

one start would be to just say no to genetic slicing and dicing of plants! Following by letting patches of land to lay follow at different times! crop rotation and then there are the animals and their induction! similar things are used for the wildlife. Soil and water heath!
