According to a report by global recruiting firm Hays, released in January, professionals are also looking to get a better work-life balance as part of looking after their wellbeing. The survey found that almost two-thirds of respondents would take lower pay in exchange for the ability to balance work with other activities.
Working under the assumption that companies will want to move towards better integration of work and other aspects of life, Gympass intends to have the broadest range of options for employees wishing to look after themselves whenever they have time - be it a five-minute meditation or an hour-long workout session.
"The more we expand our services and the more partners we have, the more likely it is that people will find something they enjoy doing", the chief executive adds.
