These guys just write articles to justify their opinions. There are 2 real world multi year experiments. Both IBM and Honeywell went to work from home model years ago. Driven by the desire to reduce brick and mortar costs. They both abandoned it a few years prior to Covid.
Will just create more turnover, which might be needed, change of scenery for ppl who are typically scared to move on their on volition. But forcing ppl to do something they don’t want to do leading to a better CULTURE? I mean, as I think about it, i could see some credence…..
