Unlocking the Airbnb market won’t be sufficient to address shortfalls in the housing market according to a new report by Limerick Chamber. The business group’s short-term lettings report found that only 52 such available lettings would be suitable for housing supply within Limerick city and only 150 such were available across the entire county.
