Accused by two State Farm insurance companies of performing unnecessary surgeries on patients injured in car accidents, a San Antonio doctor has filed a countersuit.

In his countersuit, Misra says the insurers “improperly miscast” their “underlying Medical Liability claims as a RICO action,” Misra says.
