BioEnterprise Inc., an incubator for businesses in the biotech and healthcare industry, will cease operations and turn over its assets to its founders: Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.

CLEVELAND, Ohio —

The change was announced in a joint statement Monday afternoon. Together, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital and Case Western will take over operations of the organization they launched together more than 20 years ago.
