We've always been told that education precedes everything in life. It is something that no one can take away from you.grabbed our attention with the headline: 'Why qualifications matter in today's job market?' The need for education is always present, but the means is not always present. For instance, wanting to study further after school means having the funds to do so, and that is not always possible.The article on Bizcommunity defined what a qualification was and how it impacted getting a job. And this broadened our horizons, because for so long people assume that being qualified exclusively means having a degree or diploma.

"A qualification is a formal recognition of a person's knowledge, skills, and competencies in a particular field. It can be obtained through a variety of channels, including vocational training, apprenticeships, and tertiary education. Qualifications provide employers with a standard measure of a candidate's abilities and help to ensure that they are competent to perform the tasks required of them.

This prompted us to think about the quality of advice that the youth are equipped with today as they prepare themselves for the working world.
