wef I thought it was a no-no to consider chromosomes as determinants of gender. Why don't we just ask enough CEOs to declare themselves women and just be done with it?

wef If conscious effort has to be made to have female ceos, does it mean that current practices are not based on merit? Or are there just less female candidates?

wef In 50 years, the ratio will simply reverse. Look at the higher education institutions. The growing number of girls and women's participation in schools & universities shows that women will create their path. Now the question is whether men will remain a barrier or change his role
