The 1,650-acre Seven-D Ranch southeast of College Station is priced to sell at $45 million.

Seven-D Ranch is currently operated as commercial cattle spread. The property also has 350 fenced acres stocked with multiple exotic hunting species.

The 10,000-square-foot Blue Barn on the property has a living space that can house up to 20 overnight guests. The space can be used for weddings and special events. There are four cabins, a chapel and party barn, food prep kitchen and additional homes used for staff housing or rentals. “A preeminent cattle ranch for the region also doubles as a preeminent land bank play as a future master-planned community,” Jacobs said in a statement.Seven-D Ranch hits the market just days after an even bigger ranch in West Texas was put up for sale.
