Two sellers have taken the plunge in listing their Kew home and revealed why it was left unoccupied for the past 25 years

The heritage home is in a “stunning location”, but has been unoccupied for the past 25 years.

“When I signed them up to sell it they were in tears, and it even took me a good three months since then until I finally said, ‘we need to put this on the market’.” “It’s a stunning location but it’s in pretty poor condition, there’s a tree that goes through the living room,” said Mr De Frece.
