cont.....showboating, making a political statement and showing the world how they could 'have it all' and how great mommies they were instead of doing their jobs and running their companies.

While this is true in part, I don't for a minute believe this victim role these past failed women CEOs are touting. The bottom line is that they were flops as leaders and their results (or rather lack thereof) were clear indicators that they were more interested in cont.
