Scott Patrick Fraser, 52, is charged with sexual assault that is alleged to have occurred Jan. 21 in Sydney Mines.Accused facing trafficking offencesQuentin Poulette, 31, is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of breaching court orders and single counts of impaired driving, driving with a blood/alcohol level exceeding the legal limit and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.Court Stock.

John Frederick Peach, 40, is charged with two counts of theft, and single counts of robbery, wearing a mask in committing an offence, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace and uttering a threat. Among the conditions of his release, Peach is to live in Glace Bay, report to police once a week by phone, refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed to him, he is not to possess any weapons and is to stay away from the Circle K and Nova Scotia Liquor Commission.Peach is now scheduled to enter pleas to the charges May 23.
