latinorebels Here we go again. Giving immigrants a reasons to seek asylum here. The U.S. create crime, wars, poverty in these countries for money. In this case it’s oil. So Trump don’t complain.

This ought to give the SOCIALIST DEMOCRATs more nasty things to connect PRESIDENT TRUMP too.

So they can pressure another nation’s leader to step down... can someone put that heat on realDonaldTrump? Germany? The UK? Guys..?

Correction: Ex-President Maduro whose term is over and refuses to step down.

HE IS NOT THE PRESIDENT!

US Govt's Greed for other countries Resources (Oil) never ceases to amaze me! And at the expense of Millions ofHuman Lives! US =World's Terrorist State. Their 'War On Terror' is a JOKE; Terrorist making War on Terror HYPOCRISY!

JuliaDavisNews Maduro will be eating steak and beluga caviar for dinner with a bottle of Dom Perignon.

realDonaldTrump GOP G7

How do we pressure Donny to step down! He is not the legitimate POTUS! How is America that different from Venezuela?

Russia own the gold and diamonds mine while China is killing the forest to get the oil! Now is a humanitarian crisis there is no food and no medicine Maduro bank account is growing while killing his own people of hunger.

China probably isn’t getting paid back. Maybe if the socialism goes away then a functioning economy could develop. Better for all involved

KTLA Marco Rubio, acting as dictatorship representing the US congress.

KTLA Wow, what a bold move. I bet Venezuela sells it somewhere else. Thanks Bozo in Chief.

KTLA But no sanctions against Russian companies? Bribes cleared.

The trouble is whenever America intervene in Venuezuela's affairs , communists can then blame America for Venezuela's economic problems , rather than communism run by a dictator .

The people of Venezuela are suffering! So let’s freeze thier money and gold. Extortion.🧛‍♂️✌️

kylegriffin1 Imposing sanctions on Venezuela but lifting them on Russia. Hmmm...I wonder why?

But we won't sanction Russia. Guess Venezuela didn't offer Trump a Trump Tower deal. realDonaldTrump

EXCELLENT! Freedom from the dictator Maduro!

Maduro needs to get his hands on a certain tape. Maybe call up Vlad. CutTheCaca

Putin isn't going to like that. What is Trump thinking!

More like an attempt at getting the armed forces to turn their back on Maduro. Let’s see what happens. The key man to watch is Vladimir Padrino Lopez. He is the one who will decide if Maduro stays or not. Guaidó and the rest are powerless.

and increase petroleum prices, which is good for Trump's favorite dictators in Russia & Saudi Arabia

FFS

I'm hoping the blow back from this decision will be swift and devastating to the US. I'm so sick of us being the bullies and instigators for regime change & civil wars in black/brown countries. In the end its all about our greed for oil. America sucks.

Vamos bien, gracias a Dios ya se va a acabar la plaga del comunismo en venezuela gracias realDonaldTrump

This should be done with Russia.

This will not make him step down. He doesn’t really care

So we’re making already poor and starving Venezuelans even more poor to try to get compassion out of a ruthless leader… Fire plus fire will only get us more fire

Getting Mudro to step down...Trump would you please step down....lol

But no sanctions on Russia?

But lifted them for the Russian billionnaire

-Just elected in 2016 for first time -Educated at George Washington University in the US -Gets immediate support from US & most allies -Virtually unknown, even in Venezuela Not sure about this one. Lots of conflicting reports, inside & outside Venezuela. I’m leaning towards coup

JuliaDavisNews Pooty ain’t gonna like that...

I thought we were supposed to be on Russia’s side 🤷🏻‍♂️

realDonaldTrump why don’t you step down together. That would show real leadership.

Can we get countries to act in a similar way towards the USA so as to get Trump to resign? I like that idea.

I thought 45 said the US was no longer playing big brother in others affairs.

kylegriffin1 Sure....let’s sanction Venezuela, not the country that sabotaged our elections. Makes perfect sense.

Venezuela invoked their version of our 25th amendment. Hmmm.. we had a questionable election, with many corrupt actors. We have an administration that may be violating the emolument clause. We have potential quid pro quo with foreign adversaries. Just saying....

Stop imperial agenda of regime change and puppets? Is Latin America returning to School of Americas era?

The questions from the media at the White House press briefing ignore the U.S. orchestrated coup underway in Venezuela. The controlled media is a complete joke.

tripletangels3 💡Pro Tip: Strongly suggest Venezuelan Pres. convert to Russian-ism if he wants to avoid the sanctions. Everyone knows if its Russian, then Trump never met you, doesn't know you but will forgive your sanctions and transgressions if you praise him.

Russia:

Maduro's downfall is he's not as charismatic as Chavez. He's just a thug with no idea how to run a country (he was a bus driver by trade). Yes, he needs to go, but we don't need to go bumbling into that swamp. Give his military incentives to drop him, and he'll be gone.

cryborg Since sanctions just lifted on Daripaska wouldn't that give Rosneft a better position in the oil market? Is this to benefit Russia?

kylegriffin1 US sanctions never last long. Oh wait! Maybe that's only for Russians.

JuliaDavisNews Now re-sanction Deripaska. TrumpRussia sanctions

So criminals trying to tell others they are wrong?

Our Toy Soldier ran as a Republican Can war be far behind

Tita_CM79 see this 👆

Venezuela is a socialist republic. Cutting off access to the market hurts Venezuelan citizens more than their leadership. It's economic sanctions that has Venezuelan citizens in dire straits now. Those sanctions are compounding starvation and lack of medicines in Venezuela

trump wants to steal there oil not about people

All Putin would have to do to stop this and send our country upside down would be produce that Russian collusion evidence. Oh wait, he has get it from the DNC first.

Could someone put tariffs on US trying to for e 45 to step down? Please?

And to think...they gave poor Americans all that cheap heating oil for years while other companies allowed women, children and the elderly to wake up with popsicle toes.

How about sanctions on Russia?

Maduro's election is at least as legitimate as Trump's but this isn't really about free elections, its about ensuring a socialist economy never, ever succeeds and global corporatists never ending taste for imperial colonization. For real Venezuela insight follow venanalysis

If Maduro says “No” does that mean Trump will feel the pressure and step down?

Would realDonaldTrump listen to a call for him to step down as he got elected in an illigimate election!!

Ironic. Now he feels like the citizens of a Socialist country do.

Who's going to put pressure on Trumpf to step down, I wonder...? A *little* bit more pressure is indicated, methinks...

HA! ...but the fake news says that Trump can't continue his foreign policy because Pelosi runs the country now.

A coup d'état (/ˌkuː deɪˈtɑː/ (About this soundlisten); French: [ku deta]), also known as a putsch (/pʊtʃ/), a golpe, an overthrow, or simply as a coup, is an illegal and overt seizure of a state by the military or other elites within the state apparatus.

kylegriffin1 Russians will just transport it to North Korea now... it’s all a Trump-Putin scam...

But they remove sanctions on the Russians who literally attacked us.

CITGOne

Didn't CITGO donate $500,000 to Trump's inauguration?

Tex put them on Venezuela, but took them off Russia.?.

Why do AP insist in calling Maduro president, he is not Venezuela's president he is just an uneducated chofer.

StopTheCoup

kylegriffin1 Somehow it all comes down to Russia, Oil and money. followthemoney ImpeachTheMF

China and Russia will step in, game over?

😍

And if Venezuela was oil free?

Aren't they protesting because there isn't enough money? How does a sanction help? Lol

... Lo que muchos decían que no ocurriría ocurrió... Recuerden, nos vemos el Miércoles a las 12

40% owned by China.

So apparently it doesn't matter how often or how hard SpeakerPelosi kicks his arse, Trump has learned absolutely nothing. *This tweet can be recycled for pretty much any occasion.

katiecouric Better fill-up fast!!

Hmm, so the US guided by John Bolton is threatening the dictator of a weak but oil-producing nation. Where have I heard this before?

Socialism is evil.

Trump loves having Boldonaro in Brazil slashing down the Amazon rainforest. Who's getting Trump's support next in Central/S. Americas?

Here we go again...

We as citizens of the world cannot allow this to happen.

Thats called leadership..

Good to see the warmonger Bolton getting his way

While lifting sanction on Russian business interests

We should hear from Putin shortly. Don't think that's what he wanted trump to do.

Looks like the Americans said 'well, if people are already saying that we have sanctions on Venezuelan oil, we might as well do it for real'

no pressure on Maduro. This action by the US shows its attempt at legitimacy for its coup in Venezuela has failed. Pressure is on the US to show a gain hence the rushed, naked money grab.

You forgot Russia

There you go pissed off Venezuela, so they give Putin prime real estate of Russian bases near our boarders. And we're worried about Mexico Sweet Jeebus. Mueller, where are you? 🙄🤔

kylegriffin1 If this isn’t a reason for trustless decentralized systems, I don’t know what is. Unilateral power of the international financial system is scary. realDonaldTrump can directly affect people, that should scare anyone.

This will not hurt Maduro in anyway. This will only hurt the Venezuelan people who are already suffering. This move will starve the people to death. Very bad decision.

So daddy USA doesn't really care about the people in Venezuela

It never ends well

Drea_TheCreole so I guess today is Venezuela day.

I don't know enough about Venezuela's political situation to speak intelligently about this, but I do know that it bothers the hell out of me that it ALWAYS - ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS - comes back to oil for the GOP. That is a big problem.

I love how all the anti-trump warmongers were trying to project their warmongering beliefs onto the Trump admin. Telling everyone we were going to invade Venezuela. What a joke those people are.

kylegriffin1 And they are fooling no one, except his cult followers.

So if they help him in the 2020 campaign will all the sanctions go away for them too?

Will the world PLEASE impose sanctions on the U.S. to increase pressure to have Trump step down?

_Politics Just in time easing sanctions on Russia

This is how a coup looks like

If only Maduro could go back in time a try to get a Trump Tower Caracas.

Sanctions Venezuela, but removes them from Russians. Nothing to hide here folks, let's just do this in plain sight.

Maduro is not Venezuela's president! Please rephrase

The CEO donated half a million to his own presidential campaign!

Meanwhile in Russia they celebrate the lifting of sanctions. Crazy world, right?

What's next, an invasion to 'take the oil'. Why must the neocons continue their policy of regime change in latin america to advance the corporate interests of the US military industrial complex?

Let’s see if these countries against Maduro will take refugees from Venezuela

So thanks Dummy our GAS prices will GO UP!

kylegriffin1 While going easy on Russia. Great.

so it is a US coup

kylegriffin1 What about Russia?

Comeon bruh! So you really want to end up like Gaddafi or Saddam Hussein?

Almost as quick as they responded after the attack on our democracy. I'm sure Saudi is feeling the pain...

kylegriffin1 But removed sanctions from the guy who attacked our country

kylegriffin1 Wag the dog shit right here.

The only reason the US is at all interested in Venezuela is because of their oil reserves. They don't give a damn about their country otherwise.

So is he putting them back on the Russia also orrrrrrrr

Uh, oil! I was wondering what the true motive was.
