For the answers to these questions and more,and surveyed over 28,000 young and early career professionals in the U.S. working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to assess which companies treat their employees well, provide them with opportunities to grow and offer equitable and competitive wages, among other things.
Throughout the survey period, which ran from February to March 2023, participants were given a chance to rate their employer in areas such as reputation, career advancement opportunities, salary and benefits, working hours and atmosphere, quality of work, collaboration among colleagues, diversity, equity and inclusion, whether good performance is recognized and whether they would recommend their employer to friends and family.
