Australia’s dog (dingo) fence 5,614 kilometres (3,488 mi). Was initially erected in the late 1880’s. It’s still there and maintained today. Predominantly Beef to the north and sheep south. It’s intent is to mitigate sheep being taken by the Dingo - Australia’s native dog.
