Free Terengganu tourism of politics, say industry players

BAYAS Island in Tasik Kenyir, Terengganu, which was mooted as a duty-free centre, should have become a new tourist attraction in the state but remains incomplete due to politics and change in state government, say tourism operators. They said the mega project kicked off during the Barisan Nasional administration in 2010 and was pegged at RM118 million.
