Employees of fintech firm FNZ Group appear to have infringed on their work-from-home limits after a grim warning was sent out in a companywide email.

The company went as far to suggest employees could lose their jobs if they continue to spend more days working from home than in the office.

“On review of key offices worldwide, it is obvious that there are significant numbers of people that have ignored our hybrid working policy ,” it read. The CEO reiterated this was the final warning for employees, detailing how the company planned to monitor staff to ensure they were abiding by the WFH policy.
