A popular sandwich shop run out of a home garage in Fitzroy North could be forced to shut its doors just over six months since it opened

Nonna’s House operates from the back yard and garage.

Mr Vaccari followed in their footsteps when he, alongside his dad and uncle, converted the garage and back yard into a takeaway shop serving traditional Italian subs made using family recipes. Nelson Alexander Fitzroy agent James Pilliner said the property was being eyed off by both developers and investors, with the view to knock down the existing properties and replace them with townhouses in the future.
