Bullshit! Women in general make statistically less because of the jobs they do. I spent 20 years in my field and worked with exactly 1 woman who did the same job. Ohh she quit after 1 week.
My experience is that an MBA is completely worthless. It still costs $200,000. That's just dumb.

Multiple issues here: 1. Not all MBA programs are equal, this makes no mention of apples to apples comparison by school. 2. It literally says in the article that minorities are receiving a larger increase in pay 3. Are Asians not a minority, why no mention?
MBAs taken straight out of university are not as valuable as those taken after 10 years work experience. Good courses expect students to have decision making & leadership experience. The MBA adds financial, marketing & analytical knowledge but does not enhance skills.
I never got a MBA job, but I do have to pay off my student loan.
