The public has a right and an obligation to stand up to corporate take over, by buying off local politicians.

We should only be so lucky but I think this is a bullshit strategy to move along in getting approval without any more opposition. Bezos just wants to shut activists against this boondoggle up and tie this up in a neat bow.
