Blank Rome is starting the Dallas office with seven attorneys. Steven R. Block and Jason S. Luter are Dallas office co-chairs and partners. The firm first expanded to Texas in 2010 with an office in Houston.

The firm also added nine attorneys at its New York office, and nine attorneys and legal professions joined the Washington, D.C. office.
