Apartments☹️ looks nice, great bldg amenities, and views. Building looks ugly as fuck though. I wonder what the monthly HOA dues are? (Obviously the condo owners can afford them, but I bet they’re more that most people’s mortgages.) What wealth inequality? I’m just jealous. 🙃
