Armed burglary suspect arrested after confrontation with business owner in Rochester

A man, 48, was trying to scrap property he stole from a business on Newbury Street, when he was met by the business' owner, who was following him. The suspect tried to flee in a stolen vehicle, when the owner opened fire, causing him to crash, RPD said.
