The headline hooked me in but the content was poor. So restaurants that weigh their waste, go on to make less waste. But how? Perhaps they should all serve smaller portions in the first place.

One of the easiest ways to reduce food waste is to use more frozen food.

Customers also shouldn't feel reluctant to have dishes cooked by those ingredients in aspect of protecting environment. Plus if those customers have dishes cooked with recycled ingredient, they deserve to have more service(such as discounted price).

When giant corporations start realising how profitable it can be to save the Earth, they'll finally get on board.
