A development firm plans to transform vacant land northeast of Stonebriar Centre into almost 100 townhomes.has purchased about 14 acres at the southeast corner of Warren Parkway and Ohio Drive in Frisco, and the company said it plans to build 95 rental homes. A company spokesperson said construction of Oxenfree at Stonebriar will begin in early 2024.The plans include a pool and clubhouse.
The project is part of a line of communities designed to give people the convenience of renting with the lifestyle of single-family homes, Core Spaces vice president of acquisitions Matt Pagoria said in a statement.A deed for the property was recorded with Collin County on Aug. 7. The buyer was listed as a limited liability company with Core Spaces’ Chicago address. Frisco City Council rezoned the property for townhomes in February.
